Can I bring my pets?
Regretfully our property is not equipped to welcome your pets, but service animals are welcome! Please ask us for details before traveling. Animals may not be left in a room unattended.
Are children allowed in the Suites?
The Cottage Inn & Spa is designed to provide a quiet and restful retreat for guests seeking relaxation and privacy and is not recommended for children under 14 years old. We can welcome children in the Casita cottage only.
How many additional guests are allowed?
Occupancy is limited to 2 persons per guest suite. Some of our suites can accommodate 2 additional persons. Please ask us for details.
Are the rooms non-smoking?
We do not allow smoking anywhere on our property.
What is your cancellation policy?
To receive a refund of your deposit the cancellation request must be received no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date for bookings. Bookings made through an online travel agent such as Booking.com or Expedia must be canceled through their website. As a small business, we are strict in following our cancellation policy.
What is your spa cancellation policy?
We require 24-hour notice for all spa cancellations. Guest will be responsible for full payment for all cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled treatment.
Is breakfast included?
We provide a private in-room continental breakfast that includes fresh baked pastries from a local bakeshop (delivered at 8:00 am).
When is Check-in & Check-out?
Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am.
Your room will be ready by 4:00 pm and while we cannot guarantee an earlier check-in, we will do our best to accommodate you and at the very least we are happy to store your luggage.
Late Check-Out: Due to the size of our property, we are not able to offer late check-outs. If you stay past 11:00 am the charge is $100 per hour. After 2:00 pm, the nightly rate will be charged.
What available options can I add-On for Special Occasions?
To make your occasion more special, we offer some add-ons that can be beautifully displayed in your room upon your arrival (please allow 48 hours advance notice).

•Cheese & Charcuterie Plate - Our platter includes three local Sonoma cheeses, a selection of sliced artisanal meats, house olives, condiments, and Dijon mustard. Served with a sliced baguette from one of our local gourmet bakeries

•One Dozen Roses
•Rose Petals
